Story: Naa Istham story is same against in Malaysia backdrop. The hero Rana named Ganesh is a most practical gent. Hero rana works as an manager. Hero rana sole aim is to making earn money and make more extra money. Hero rana does not believe in things like sentiment. Hero rana is only interested in earn money and will do anything for that. One day Ganesh comes across heroine Genelia name Krishnaveni. Genelia has run away from house and come to Malaysia country. Genelia wants to marry her lover other character Kishore (Rane). However, to her surprise and dismay other character Kishore fails to turn up. Heroine Krishnaveni is a aghast. However, hero Rana named Ganesh comes to heroine genelia help. Heroine Genelia becomes a financial more burden on the money minded hero Ganesh. When he learns abut heroine Krishnaveni’s story he takes her to India and hands her over to her father. Hero rana does this for the reward money promised.
